Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419 is seeking full-time lead carpenters for year-round work with benefits. Compensation is $25-$32 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and accrued PTO. Overtime and double time apply; growth opportunities available.

This role focuses on remodeling across multiple trades with a strong team-focused environment. Responsibilities include drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry on projects ranging from patch/paint to full home

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required.
• Reliable and hardworking; provide own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs; restoration experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling trades: drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry.
• Work on projects from patch/paint to complete home rebuild.
• Travel to jobs; vehicle stipend provided.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours; double time after 60 hours.
