Job summary

Blackdog Builders, Inc. is seeking a Home Services Carpenter to perform residential carpentry and finish work. You will handle cabinetry, trim, doors, and minor upgrades, while engaging with clients to ensure quality craftsmanship.

The role offers steady, full-time, year-round work with a 4- or 5-day schedule, a $32.00–$38.00/hour pay range, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is included.

About The Position

This is not large-scale framing work—our Home Services Carpenters focus on residential projects, smaller remodeling jobs, and handyman services. Some of our typical projects include:

• Cabinetry installation and repair
• Trim and decorative molding installation and repair
• Doors and windows
• Minor kitchen and bath upgrades
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Tiling and flooring
• Painting and touch-ups

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience

• Comfortable with technology, including basic use of Apple or Android communication tools
• Willingness to work in Southern NH and Northern MA
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes
• Comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders, and on roofs
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
