Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a lead carpenter for year‑round, full-time work with benefits. The role offers a pay range of $22–$32 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and accruing PTO. Overtime pays at 40+, double time after 60+.

Candidates should have remodeling experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Prior restoration experience is a plus. We provide a stable workload with opportunities for advancement within a growing nationwide

Responsibilities

• Remodeling work on drywall, painting, tile, and flooring across various projects
• Contribute to both patch-and-paint jobs and full home rebuilds as needed
• Collaborate with leads and trades to meet project goals while adhering to safety standards
