Job summary

State of Arkansas is seeking a Residential Care Team Supervisor/Expert in Warren, AR, to oversee daily operations of a residential care facility and lead direct care staff. You will ensure a safe, supportive environment, compliance with state policies, and effective resident care coordination.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to manage personnel, respond to resident concerns, and maintain operational efficiency within the Department of Human Services

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in social services or related field with at least 1 year in leadership.
• CNA certification or eligible within 6 months.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and schedule staff.
• Knowledge of Arkansas state laws and Medicaid policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate direct care staff to ensure high standards of resident care and facility operations.
• Oversee implementation of individualized care plans tailored to residents’ medical, social, and emotional needs.
• Monitor resident well-being and coordinate services with healthcare providers, therapists, and caseworkers.
• Respond to resident concerns, grievances, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure facility operates in compliance with Arkansas health and safety regulations, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident care, staff performance, and incident management.
