Beacon Specialized Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Care Team Manager to lead a residential home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you'll provide leadership to your team, ensure quality care for the individuals we serve, and foster a positive, person-centered environment where everyone can thrive.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and work within Beacon programs.
• Maintain required certifications and TB screenings where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home to meet financial, operational and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain staffing schedules and staff development and accountability.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with facilities teams and contractors.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on health, safety and well-being of residents.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state regulations; maintain documentation and program compliance.
