Job summary

State of Arkansas seeks a Residential Care Team Supervisor/Expert to oversee daily operations of a residential care facility, delivering high-quality, safe, and supportive services for residents. You will lead direct care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide incident management and documentation.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate with healthcare providers and caseworkers, while maintaining reports and records in line with state policies.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in social services, behavioral health, healthcare, psychology or related field.
• At least one year in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate direct care staff to maintain high resident care standards.
• Oversee implementation of individualized care plans addressing medical, social, and emotional needs.
• Monitor resident well-being and coordinate with healthcare providers and caseworkers.
• Respond to resident concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas health and safety regulations, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to resident care and staff performance.
