• Experience leading DSPs and residential staff.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.

• Comfortable in fast-paced 24/7 residential settings.
• Must meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals and residential staff.
• Oversee daily home operations.
• Ensure care plans are followed.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Maintain documentation accurately.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulations.
