Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a residential home serving individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSPs, oversee care delivery, and ensure safety and compliance within the home environment.

The role requires coaching and developing staff, coordinating recruiting and onboarding, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will partner with regional leaders to sustain high-quality care and a supportive home atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and operational leadership.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, 24/7 residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

• Support medication administration and health/safety procedures as required.
