Job summary

I Am Boundless in Ohio is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct programming and daily living assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a supportive, community-focused setting.

You will join a dedicated team, with responsibilities including feeding, toileting, and activities of daily living, while promoting independence and dignity for each individual served.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Preferred: One year of experience with people with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping support to individuals with IDD.
• Support daily living activities and community integration as part of a compassionate team.
