Job summary

The Arc of Bristol County in Rehoboth, MA is seeking an ABI Program Assistant Manager to support the ABI House Manager in staffing, medical appointments and clinical needs to ensure essential services for residents.

This full-time role offers pay of $24.00–$26.00 per hour, commensurate with MAP certification, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, FSA, mileage reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years equivalent work experience with individuals who have developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or ABI.
• Knowledge of community systems serving adults with ABI/TBI.
• Experience in supervision preferred.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Current driver's license, safe driving record, ability to pass extensive background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team of direct support staff, including training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Support daily activities, staff communication, and engagement of individuals supported and families.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and timely.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring of individual spending.
• Maintain daily logs, progress notes and data sheets; report concerns to supervisor.
