Job summary

HorseShoe Beverage Company is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a residential setting in Berkshire County, MA. Base pay is $24.00 per hour and the position is salary exempt, with duties including acting as Site Manager in their absence and supporting individuals in the residence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle, with a schedule described as Tue 1p-9p, Wed 8a-4p, Thu 1p-9p, Fri 1p-9p and Sat 8a-4p, totaling about 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Under the Direction of the Site Manager, the Assistant Site Manager will assume the role of the Site Manager in their absence and provide support to individuals in the residence.
• Share in the responsibility of ensuring the implementation of all support plans related to quality of life plans as outlined in Individual Support Plans.
• Attend all appropriate meetings; including committees as assigned.
• Ensure that all programming will conform to the goals and objectives outlined in the Residential Service Plans/Individual Service Plans.
