Job summary

Holy Family Institute in Moon Campus seeks a House Supervisor to lead residential staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support daily program implementation in a therapeutic milieu. You’ll supervise shifts, coordinate with the Program Manager, recruit and train staff, and participate in the 24 Hour On-Call rotation, maintaining safety and quality of care for minors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in human services preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working with children.
• Previous supervisory experience required; residential care preferred.
• Must obtain Act 33/34 and FBI clearances and a PA driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive a van or car; age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the house and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend weekly team meetings and support program implementation.
• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate residential staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules with Program Manager; address attendance.
• Maintain accurate residential documentation in electronic records.
• Lead maintenance and requisition processes; manage investigations as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide direct care during coverage gaps.
• Collaborate with staff, minors, families, and service providers.
