Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
• Driving is essential; must have a valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medication and keep accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in crisis de-escalation and CPR training.

Connaissances

Experience with behavioral health needs

Eligibility for QMHA registration

Communication skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science

Three years of behavioral health experience
