Qualifications

• Must register as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA).
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 40 pounds.

• Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, and administer medication.
• Keep accurate clinical documentation.
