ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Associate at our Kellogg Creek program. This full-time role supports adults living with serious mental illness, focusing on life skills development and therapeutic care in a 6-bed facility in Milwaukie, Oregon.

Offering a wage of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience, this position also includes comprehensive benefits. Must qualify for QMHA registration and have a valid Oregon driver’s license.

Formación

• Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must complete crisis de-escalation and CPR training.
• Eligibility for QMHA registration required with specific qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.
• Perform housekeeping and prepare meals.
• Administer medication and maintain clinical documentation.

Conocimientos

Experience with mental health

Communication skills

Crisis de-escalation training

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field

Three years of verifiable behavioral health experience

Equivalent combination of education and training
