Qualifications
Experience providing training and case management to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
MAP (Medication Administration Program) Certification; training offered within 6 months.
CPR/First Aid; training offered within 3 months.
Responsibilities
Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and grooming.
Transport individuals to appointments using a wheelchair accessible van.
Complete daily logs and track behavioral data.
Skills
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Ability to assist with heavy lifting
Companionship and mentorship skills
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent
