Job summary

MY BROTHERS HOUSE INCORPORATED in Charlotte, NC seeks a Qualified Professional for a part-time role in a residential setting providing high-quality care to residents with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative duties, supervision of staff, and ongoing treatment planning.

In-person work with a flexible schedule and 40-hour expectation weekly. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (required) or a Master's in a related field, with 4 years MH/DD/SAS

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Or a Master’s degree in a related human-service field.
• Minimum MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served: 4 years for non-master’s holder.
• English language proficiency required.
• First Aid Certification, NCI, Blood Path, Medication certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative duties at least 10 hours weekly, mainly when residents are awake.
• Supervise paraprofessionals and participate in service planning meetings.
• Review and sign Service Notes with OnTarget.
• Provide quarterly progress reports to Case Management.
• Develop task analyses as identified by the Area Program.
• Serve as substitute staff in emergencies and liaise with case managers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure program fidelity.
• Maintain regular contact with consumers, staff, families and professionals.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to staff.
• Assist in assessing consumers’ strengths and needs.
• Responsible for program planning and organization.
• Perform quality assurance checks and documentation per medical record guidelines.
