Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Specialist, Residential Care to provide direct care and supervision in a residential facility in Ohio. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ daily needs and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, assisting with meals and personal care, documenting shift reports, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. A HS diploma and BLS cert are required; behavior health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a residential facility or health care setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Knowledge or specialized training in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support to clients in a residential facility.
• Supervise residents and communicate with the treatment team.
• Assist with daily tasks including meals, activities and personal care.
• Document shift notes and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and participate in meetings.
