Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Residential Care Specialist to deliver direct care in a residential setting, collaborating with the clinical team to support residents and treatment plans. You will help with daily tasks, meals, activities, and safe medication administration while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in a residential/healthcare setting, an Ohio driver’s license, and BLS certification, with a willingness to engage in ongoing staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience working in a residential facility or health care setting required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and supportive therapeutic milieu at all times.
• Provide daily support and care to residents, including meals, social activities, transportation, and medication assistance.
