The position offers full-time hours across multiple Maui locations and requires flexibility for overtime shifts. The ideal candidate will hold a HS Diploma, First Aid/CPR certification, and consent to background

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Requires First Aid/CPR certification.
• Willingness to work with adults with serious mental illness.
• Consent to education verification and criminal background check.
• Current TB Clearance & Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Submit to pre-employment & random drug testing.
• Flexible Availability (shifts are 24 hours/day, 7 days per week).
• Must be physically able to perform job functions including cleaning, light maintenance, stairs.

Aufgaben

• Report to work on time and provide advanced notice of absences.
• Attend monthly paid training and meetings (primarily virtual).
• Work as a member of a team to support in a therapeutic environment.
• Review and update daily logs as needed.
• Monitor daily consumer activities and support goals per treatment plans.
• Provide medication monitoring as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of rules governing participation and behavior.
• Document observations in records daily and coordinate with Case Manager.
• Assist in daily maintenance of residence and yard.
• Ensure safety equipment and evacuation procedures are maintained.
• Report major repairs to Site Manager.
