Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise client activities during non-program hours.
• Respond to crises and emergencies and notify appropriate staff.
• Document client information and progress in MARs and charts.
• Escort clients to appointments and outside activities.
• Assist in safety checks and maintain clean, safe living environments.
