Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Program Director to oversee multiple residential care locations, ensuring budgets, staffing, and clinical targets are met. The role supports Care Team Managers, chairs staff meetings, and enforces policy compliance across locations.

You will coordinate regulatory reporting, assist in corrective actions, and manage payroll, census, and EBITDA metrics. Strong leadership and HR collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a residential care environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beacon locations to meet company goals, budgets and clinical targets.
• Support Care Team Managers by ensuring staffing and resources for high-quality care.
• Plan and co-chair monthly staff meetings with coordinated agendas and proper documentation.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures; monitor workload and incident reports for regulatory submission.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies; assist compliance with corrective action plans and manage census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets.
• Ensure accurate time-and-attendance reporting, manage staffing needs, and oversee new employee orientation and training compliance.
• Address personnel issues with HR, Compliance, and Executive Leadership; provide feedback on performance reviews and manage the DSP leveling program.
• Ensure protection of residents, support personal care, and participation in skill-building activities; perform ongoing facility audits.
