Position Purpose:
The Residential Care Medical Financial Specialist position provides assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in an apartment/home setting. We’re looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. The Medical Financial is the person that schedules and carries out all medical appointments. You’ll be ensuring the health and safety of up to 12 people served in their home setting. A high level of communication and strong documentations skills are a must, along with strong relationship building with both internal and external providers and resources.
