Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for individuals in our residential program. You will coordinate staff schedules, oversee onboarding and training, and ensure high-quality services while maintaining relationships with families and case managers.

Our team values safety, compassion, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with salary base ranging from $48,000 to $53,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or 2+ years of progressive, direct work experience.
Valid driver's license for a minimum 1 year in good standing.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills to manage relationships and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals.
Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff.
Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.
Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and families.
Monitor comfort and safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.
