Job summary

Richcroft in Perry Hall, MD seeks a Full Time Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on care to a woman with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Duties include personal hygiene, activities, outings, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning, with a focus on increasing independence.

The schedule includes Sunday 5p-11p, Wed 11p-9a, Sat 5p-11p totaling 32 hours, with some flexibility. CPR/First Aid training is provided; med tech certification opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Support a woman in Bel Air area with activities at home and in the community and work on skills to increase independence.
