Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Direct Care Counselors in the Malden, MA area for immediate start. Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication and socialization skills to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include implementing person-centered activities, maintaining progress notes and reports that meet state and federal requirements, and coordinating with care teams to support clients in daily living.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectually and/or developmentally disabilities in a health care setting
• Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required
• Must possess a valid driver's license to transport Individuals as needed
