Job summary

Hands Of Heartland Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee multiple group homes in Omaha, NE. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, implement program plans, and coordinate activities for individuals supported.

Qualifications

Two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
One year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to pass registry and background checks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct operations of multiple group homes.
Hire, train, and schedule staff; implement program plans.
Ensure services align with Individual Support Plans (ISP).
Maintain documentation: ISP data, behavior plans, logs, assessments, funds requests, and maintenance forms.
Safeguard individuals’ funds and assist with purchases.
Hire, coach, and mentor staff; manage timecards and shift coverage.
Facilitate community integration through activities and outings.
Respond to aggressive or inappropriate behavior with documented behavior plans.
