Job summary

Developmental Disability Center of Nebraska seeks a Residential Coordinator of Services to lead a staff team delivering person-centered supports in homes, work sites, and community settings. You will ensure health, safety, and engagement for persons served while guiding daily operations toward program goals.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent communication, scheduling, and compliance with regulations. Evening and weekend availability is required; shifts are primarily days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional experience in services for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• 2 years working in human services, preferably with adults or children with disabilities.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of staff to support persons served and ensure goal achievement.
• Establish high standards of conduct and job performance; lead by example.
• Coordinate scheduling for direct care staff to ensure support coverage.
• Oversee medication management and billing/tracking of direct service hours.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new staff and coordinate ongoing training.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions, support interventions, and progress notes.
