• Ability to document statistics and prepare correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Advocate for those served at personal, family, and community levels.
• Observe and document changes in health and condition of those served.
• Administer first aid and simple nursing procedures as needed.
• Ensure privacy and dignity of those served; report abuse or neglect.
• Transport individuals to/from community locations as needed.
• Administer programs and document progress; assist with meals, cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Provide hospitality to visitors and support community participation.
