Job summary

Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD, is seeking a Residential Care Associate / Med Tech to support adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You will provide hands-on care, facilitate groups, manage daily routines, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

In this role you will administer medications under supervision, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans. A valid driver's license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Experience with adolescents in residential care preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
• CMT through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred—or willingness to complete training.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Willingness to complete residential training and CPS clearance.

What You'll Need:

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred—or willingness to complete training
