Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working with substance use disorder clients or mental health services preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for residents through medication management, recreation and facility management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards per NYS OASAS and other governing bodies.
• Support trauma-informed care and collaborate with program staff.
