Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester invites applications for a part-time Residential Associate position at the Catholic Charities Family and Community Services. The role involves providing a safe, therapeutic environment, crisis intervention and collaboration with clinical staff to support residents in treatment plans.

The successful candidate will work Sundays and Mondays, 2pm–10:30pm, with a competitive salary of $21.50–$22.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree in Human Services field preferred.
• CASAC-Trainee or CASAC required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatment planning with clients and clinical team.
• Support family groups and coordinate family visits.
• Co-facilitate groups and assist case management activities.
• Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct urine toxicology screens and observe medications as needed.
• Document shift notes and incident reports in electronic records.

Skills

CASAC-Certification (or trainee)

SUD/mental health experience

Spanish bilingual (preferred)
