Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Residential Care Advisor to support individuals with Serious Mental Illness in a residential treatment setting at our Munhall location. The role involves mentoring a team, applying strengths-based approaches, and guiding daily activities with positive practices.

The position is non-exempt/hourly, typically Thursday through Sunday, 11pm–9am, with a 4-day work week and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalency and 1 year of direct care experience.
• Valid Driver license
• pre-employment drug screen
• Act 33/34/73 clearances

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and training to individuals with Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment Munhall location.
• Cook, clean, manage medications, take residents to appointments, interact with family and resident treatment team members, and design games and crafts.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, compassion, and teamwork in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
