Job summary

HAVN Roofing LLC in Gilbert, AZ seeks a motivated Residential Business Development & Sales Specialist to grow our network of residential partners and sell roofing services directly to homeowners. This hybrid role combines outbound business development with hands-on sales to homeowners and related clients.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with valid Arizona driver’s license.

• Generate new opportunities each month through outbound efforts.
• Cultivate and nurture existing clientele via drop-offs, lunch and learns, and relationship-building.
• Build connections with networking groups (Chamber of Commerce, BNI, etc.).
• Sell roofing services to homeowners, insurance agencies, realtors, and property managers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and follow SOPs; support trade shows, video marketing, onsite marketing, and flyers.
• Help coordinate sales events, training, and meetings.

We’re looking for a motivated Residential Business Development & Sales Specialist to grow our network of residential business partners and represent HAVN Roofing directly with homeowners.

Position Summary

This is a hybrid role that combines business development with active residential sales. Your business development efforts will focus on outbound engagement with businesses that manage or represent single-family homes, while your sales work involves selling roofing services directly to homeowners and other customer types. You will report to our Sales Managers.

You will be working with our Production TEAM to improve upon the highest quality of work and communication with our customers. You will be empowered to influence, inspire and impact the lives of our customers through service, and aligning your vision with both our core values and mission. This position requires excellence in customer service, a TEAM player and an overall joy for others.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Generate new opportunities each month through outbound efforts
• Cultivate and nurture existing clientele through drop-offs, lunch and learns, and other relationship-building methods
• Build connections with networking groups such as the Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and other community organizations

Sales

• Sell roofing services to a variety of customer types, including homeowners, insurance agencies, realtors, and property managers
• Meet monthly performance goals and sales targets
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete additional deliverables such as trade shows, video marketing, onsite marketing, and fliers
• Help coordinate sales events, training, and meetings

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calls and office visits
• Must be able to speak English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation of identity and employment eligibility
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license

Preferred:

• Sales or business development experience, ideally in roofing or home services
• Spanish-speaking highly recommended
• Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM software
• Existing relationships with realtors, property managers, or insurance agencies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive to appointments, job sites, and community events throughout the day
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and variable weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
