Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus Sunday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Wage: $23 per hour, prevailing wage guidelines apply; requires at least one year of experience and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep public spaces, amenity areas, and office areas clean.
• Sanitize restrooms and high-touch areas.
• Clean and refresh vacant apartments.
• Handle small maintenance tasks (bulbs, covers, etc.).
• Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and sidewalk cleaning.
• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and in good condition.
