• Three+ years of residential multifamily maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic maintenance tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Install tile and laminate flooring.
• Participate in after-hours on-call emergency response.
• Manage turnover of vacant units and needed repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
