Qualifications

• High School or better.
• 3–5 years general experience in building trades and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance.
• Maintains maintenance schedule and next service due dates.
• Work in a safe manner and ensure safety of others.
• Inspect mechanical systems and control environments for proper performance.
