Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Janitor in the San Jose area to maintain cleanliness and order in apartment communities and commercial properties.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and involves heavy cleaning duties such as floors, rugs, walls, glass, and trash removal, with potential light maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates have at least one year of janitorial experience, vocational training preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a janitor in residential or commercial properties.
• Vocational training preferred.
• Ability to communicate with diverse individuals at all levels.
• Experience in multi-family communities or senior living environments is a plus.
• Strong organization and time management required.

Responsabilités

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash; service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
