Under supervision, you review construction plans and inspect residential and small commercial projects for compliance with building, safety, and construction codes.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of construction or inspection experience, a valid Arizona driver's license, and ICC Residential Building Inspector

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 years construction or inspection experience.
• ICC Residential Building Inspector certification within 1 year of employment.
• Arizona driver's license required.
• Knowledge of building, safety codes, regulations and city policies.
