• Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

• Perform duties such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and tool operation

• Assist with job site cleanup and basic construction support

• Use basic power tools and hand tools as needed

• Follow safety protocols and project instructions

• Work in all seasons and weather conditions

Requirements:

• Reliable daily transportation to job sites

• Willingness to work outdoors throughout the year

• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive motion tasks

• Must provide two professional references during the interview process
