Orkin invites a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team in Milwaukee, driving revenue growth and ensuring top-tier customer service. You will manage daily operations, training, and staff development, with relocation to an approved region after completing training.

A company vehicle, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits accompany this role. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a pesticide license if required, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualificações

• Sales experience preferred and a strong customer-facing mindset.
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; clean driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an entire operation after training to achieve revenue growth.
• Mentor and develop staff; drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales/service teams.
• Undergo relocation to a region-approved location after 6–9 months of training.
