Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) in Raleigh, NC. You will provide assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and accompany clients to appointments in a residential setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Spanish reading/speaking is a plus, and the employer offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
