Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking Full-Time Direct Support Professionals for the 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) to work in our residential programs. The role provides varying levels of assistance to help clients with daily living tasks, therapies, and transportation to appointments and activities.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational and vocational activities.
• Assist clients with personal care, therapies, and accompany them to appointments and outings.
• Support clients in a residential program with medically complex and behaviorally challenged needs.

We are searching for Full-Time 2nd shift Direct Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Raleigh, NC.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus
