Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time, 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) in Raleigh, NC. The role supports adults with brain injury across residential programs, providing assistance with daily living tasks and activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work with medically complex and behaviorally challenging clients. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
