Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). This role provides direct assistance to adults living in residential programs and supports their daily living tasks, therapies, and community activities.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and supervision to promote clients’ daily living and activities.
• Assist clients with personal care, therapies, and transport to appointments and outings.
• Support clients who are medically complex or behaviorally challenged.
