Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Facilitates didactic lectures, workshops, educational resident groups, and resident community meetings.
• Recognizes and responds to crises or safety concerns.
• Coordinates recreational and social activities for residents.
• Provides warmth, empathy, and support to residents.
• Conducts luggage and room searches for safety as needed.
• Attends treatment team meetings and MDS as requested.
• Maintains accurate and timely charting in the EMR system.
• Assists with resident assignments as directed.
