Job summary

Oasis Eating Recovery is seeking a full-time Behavioral Healthcare Technician (BHT) I to provide direct care in a residential, adult facility. Under clinical leadership, you will assist with ADLs, monitor patient well-being, support treatment plans, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients in treatment.

You will work the NOC shift 6:30pm–2:30am, collaborating with doctors and therapists. The role emphasizes crisis support, documentation, and teamwork to promote positive behavioral
