Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug test as per HCANA policies.
• Understanding of 12-step, Refuge Recovery or related recovery models.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records per treatment plan and policy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to clients at the facility.
• Encourage clients to participate in treatment plans and sessions.
• Assist in client intake and orientation processes.
• Help facilitate the daily client schedule.
• Conduct random urinalysis drug testing as outlined.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients.
• Document client interactions and incidents in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with treatment team and attend required meetings.
