The BHT will work 12-hour night shifts, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor safety, document observations, and assist with program delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in crises.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and follow program structure.

Responsibilities

• Support structured daily programming and group coordination.
• Build trust-based relationships with patients to reinforce engagement.
• Monitor patients and perform safety checks in the facility.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and timely.
• Transport patients to program and community appointments.
• Measure vital signs and conduct UDS/breathalyzer testing per policy.
