Job summary

Generations Healthcare in Upland, CA is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to oversee residents in the Adult Residential Facility program, supervise ADLs, and provide direct care as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an ARF or STP setting preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background clearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily living activities and document observations.
• Escort residents to groups and maintain 1:6 ratio.
• Lead groups and mental health discussions.
• Assist with medication administration as directed.
• Complete forms accurately and timely.
• Monitor health changes and report to supervisors.
• Ensure meals and dining room care per policy.
• Maintain clean rooms and coordinate with housekeeping.
